All Magazines are published by Rodale Press. Size is 6" by 9 1/4".
I don't know what year the name of the magazine changed from Organic Gardening and Farming to Organic Gardening. The magazines listed 1965 through 1973 are "Organic Gardening and Farming," and those listed in 1981 are just" Organic Gardening.
Magazines Include an Editorial by J. I. Rodale or his son, Robert Rodale.
Each issue contains Departments regarding, ORGANIC WORLD, READER'S LETTERS, QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS,
GROWING THINGS, GARDEN CALENDAR AND MARKET PLACE. There is some variation in some of the issues
and later issues include ORGANIC CLUB NOTES, BACK TO THE LAND, AND WHAT'S COOKING, Each Magazine
contains about 10 to 25 articles and includes black & white photos. There are some color photos
in the 1981 issues.These vintage magazines are highly collectible and filled with organic information
and methods that are timeless. They cover the full range of gardening organically, with articles on
planting, harvesting, insect control, machinery, greenhouses and the hundreds of plants for vegetables,
fruits, nut trees, landscapes, good and bad insects, and all organic gardening and farming related
